He is a warrior who embraces noble ideals and lives by a code of conduct that reflects those ideals. The code honors the family and the individual. He is kind and gentle to women and children. He respects the elderly. He defends the defenseless. He is aggressive and strong. He has courage. He does not back down from a fight. He knows how to fight because he studies the art of war because our history is filled with violence and violence is a reality to him.
He is as familiar with modern weaponry as he is the traditional weapon. His house holds an armory, sufficient to provide and protect for his family.
He knows how to survive. He can provide for his dependents. He can plant food, he is not afraid to kill an animal. He views the world as a stewardship. A gift from whatever god he may worship, to be used wisely for the benefit of all. He protects it from misuse, but is aware that it is there for the benefit of humanity. He is constantly seeking to improve his stewardship.
He is a deeply spiritual person. He recognizes the beauty and order of the universe and understands that there is an organizational power behind it. This is his god. It does not matter to him if a man is Christian, Jewish, or Muslim because all are treated equally.
He is a healer. He knows that because man can destroy, he must also rebuild. He is open to change. He can adapt to meet new challenges in his life. He does not cling so rigidly to the old ways that he becomes set in his ways and does not grow.
He is truthful in all of his dealings. He understands the power of words and uses words to uplift. He is loyal to his spouse and children. His descendants connect him to the eternity. He actively interacts with them so that his name is remembered for generations, as a great ancestor in his line. He honors his ancestors as well. He studies the lives of his ancestors so that he may know them as a child knows his father. He records his story, so that his children may do the same.
