    Russian Milk Sauce

    2 c Milk
    2 tb Butter
    1 1/2 tb Flour
    Salt & pepper to taste.

    Heat milk.
    Lightly brown flour in butter then gradually add while stirring, milk.
    Cook over low heat for 10-mins. then add salt & pepper.
    Serve over rice, potatoes, etc.
