    and why. UMMMMMMMMMMM! Well, Vitamin C comes to mind as it is very good for you. It cannot be stored in the body so is important to be kept up. I love all citrus fruit and feel it is a rememberance of sun. I am a very sunny person, (when not in a mood!) and also being a fire sign (Saggy)Vitamin C is usually contained in fresh, brightly coloured and refreshing things; such as fruits and crisp vegetables. Vitamin C, along with Echinaecia, is also a supplement I take to help keep away colds and flu. It helps in the ingestion of other supplements as well.
