As far as I have understood, it is the aim of the Perseus Project to include all OCT (Oxford Classical Texts) issues and some other issues of all Greek and Latin classical texts and they include the bible vulgata as well. This means that all the Greek and Latin texts will be up, with grammar and vocab aids, as well as good English translations. Of course, this will take some time and they haven't finished way yet! In fact, at this moment, the site is in the progress of a serious update, so that a lot of texts are not available now.
But it's an outstanding project, almost as outstanding as that of bringing forth the Thesaurus Linguae Graecae and Thesaurus Linguae Latinae (both German/international projects which have been going on for years!).
