I'm an only kid too, but not much of a kid at 42 with 5 kids. I dream about what it would have been like, oh well.....But like you I read up and busy my mind with all I can on spare time. Stupid me gave up a scholarship (dumbness in highest degree!) and still kick myself daily for it. I'm into evolutions and how we got here and how we changed once we did. Archaeology is fascinating; it blows my mind to think of all the things "not found" yet that are just waiting for someone to dig them up!
