Born in the "Valley of the Dais", a small secret place in the Carpathian Mountains.

His Father was a Pictish mercenary in the service of the Ottoman Turks, but had to quickly exit that theatre of operations when he stimulated the ire of an officer. He traveled northeast beyond the influence of the Turks and eventually met and married a Cossack Woman who claimed descent from the First Human to ever ride a Horse, who, his mother said was named "Ayla".

MacJon's Mother's name was Jonna.
MacJon's Father's name was Bran Mac Cruithni.

Both of his parents were a strong influence on MacJon's love of Freedom and adventure. He could ride Horse before he could walk.

Another, very profound element in the formation of MacJon's character was the great impact of his relationship with "RhoHana", The Great Red One". She literally took him under her wings, with parental blessings, when he was seven years old and saw to his profound education in the ways of Creation. She is a Dragon of the First Seven Children of Whion and is wise and powerful almost beyond imagination. She has served as guardian of the "Heart of ther Earth", for many thousands of years.

The skills and beliefs of his Father and Mother were heavily added to by RhoHana and were wide spectrum...embracing the arts of wilderness and city living peoples, social structures, Human personality, many crafts, the power of mind and emotion, several martial arts and, most of all, the development of a rich purpose in life...the adventurous enhancement of Human evolution.

MacJon has successfully been instrumental in the establishment of small intentional Human communities that live in balance and harmony between self service and service to Others. His successes in this endeavor are fewer than his failures. But he learns from each failure.

"We The People" was discovered by him, through the magical means of "The Lightning Scry Window" that can take one from place to place and time to time in a few heart beats. He has this window in a hidden cave underneath a snow clad mountain in the land of the Skraylings.

He is delighted to be a part of this brand new development in lifestyle establishment and wishes to do his best to counteract the counter evolutionary forces of Human fear, greed and self-servingness.

His hobbies are wood working, leather craft, flintknapping, and Horse Archery.
