Scotland: Myths & Legends, by Beryl Beare. 1996. Lomond Books. 80 pages.

At 80 pages, and with a plethora of color photos, this is no definitive collection. But it has small sections on:

    Legends of the Lowlands
    Abbeys
    Castles
    Cities
    Loch Lomond, Fife & Arran
    Aberdeen
    The Heart of Scotland
    Macbeth Country
    The Great Glen
    The Highlands
    The Legends of Skye
    Mull, Iona & Islay
    Legends of the Western Isles
    Shetlands & Orkney.

It's an amusing little book, one which can get one plotting to do more in-depth research into the legends herein referenced.
