Hi Clodia Cicero, yes I am having fun. Although this topic is actually one that I have very little knowledge on. My wife, on the other hand is a nurse, she would be very suited for this community.
1 interest I have is meditation. In meditation you can concentrate on colors for different benefits plus it mentions about being able to focus healing onto others. I haven't practiced this yet so I can't give specifics.
I joined the orient and this group because 1) Commonly
regarded as very spirtual people(I feel I am). 2) Maybe to gather more insight on the practices and benifits of the age old way of life that Orients enjoy.
