I would say what is in picture is: the creativity that someone has. Also the idea that the painter or creater may have. Also the features or characteristics that it may have. I think also it can be the idea that somebody had that day or the way the felt or saw something but saw it different than you and I may see it. A picture can also be the way people want to see what they are drwing or painting like for example: you draw a road and see it has purple but somebody else sees it has blue or green and some see it they way it is like it or not so i think it is what ever you want it to be. It is your creation.
