Okay, I'm not Maria - I'm not nearly as smart or as witty but I am almost as cute. LOL

The simple answer is Yes, that is a violation. Disney is among the companies that agressively protects its copyrighted material. As a result, I would strongly urge you and anyone else who may wish to use Disney products to just say no.
