I agree completely with Mesala. What we need is greater transparency. Henceforth, I suggest that all greviences be made in this forum. I oppose Marco's statement that "If you have any direct complaints to make make them to me in person with motivations and I will consider them." It is this business of "private consultation" which inevitably breeds suspicions of umpire bias and simmering resentment which escalates until it explodes over some triffling matter. At least, if I remember rightly, it was what happened with me.

Lucilia, get back to us. Get back in the game, and then we can all get back in the game. You contribute too much to Imperium to lose over something like this.

One more note: The removal of a player by an Umpire is everyone's business. That was the point of my poem.
