    has always seemed to me to be an elven woman of great intelligence and courage, who was intended to be a leader, not a follower. Her apparent desire for power was, I think, merely a reaching out for the full range of her own potential growth and developement. Among a people who were reluctant to accept the full burden of responsibility for others, she shines like the stars they reverenced.
