I have no idea how I stumbled across this, just happened. Fun site, alot of great tips, tutorials and even insight into working with Paint Shop Pro. They have a "Vintage" section for details and tutorials in earlier PSP versions, a FAQ section full of great usefull answers for those in a hurry.

Navigation is simple yet still a bit odd at times. Clicking on text link "Ideas" brings you to a page "100 pictures and stuff we can do with them" which doesn't look like much of anything useful. But if you click within that page on Thumbnails (View here for that page) at top navigation you'll access what appears to my eyes as a gold mine of fabulous tutorials on editing & screwing around with Photos. Each small thumbnail is a rendered effect in photography, from mild to extreme. Clicking on each one takes you to a full tutorial of how they did that including what if any filters were used.

Their tutorials themselves (available from text link in entrance) for PSP general effects are also very well done, easy to follow and understand and put forth in a rather fun lighthearted way. I really like this site! My favorite tutorial source in a long time.
