may be to arrange .. say, a monthly chat either in site or in MSN or Yahoo in case AW chat fails for all the charactors and prospective characters to get together and talk/scheme story ideas. I know, a chat this often would most likely get spaced occasionally by the members, as no one really has time for it all the time. But if half the participating writers met and talked at least half the time, it would still (maybe) prevent the illusive disappearing act?

The few rp stories I've been involved in or just read often seemed to work best if the writers participating schemed together for storylines. But if a lead charactor goes missing, so does that story. Perhaps if in the monthly chat, new or optional storylines could be conceived this would prevent it from being a total story killer? Something to fall back on at any rate.
