"Blood sausage. It's for the Celtic segment of tonight's dinner. Although it's more English than Celtic, I think."
"No. OH, wait, I got a shipment of something pretty bad, I threw that out, sister."
"Well. Just cross that off the menu, dear. When will you be finished inking that up... hey, wait a min! You're writing that out in Japanese! Let me do it. Go cook something, or something."
The other Wasabi, the one who spent years in Japan, goes off to the kitchen, past the people cleaning up mud, and gets back to slicing and dicing.
The original Wasabi (myself) re-writes the menu so that most people will be able to read it. The Wasabi sisters will post the Friday portion of the menu in one hour. And then they will be cooking up a serious storm, for those inevitable chef-ly last minute details.
