"Where is everyone?" you ask. Well, I think most of Hellas citizenry are content to be active in their groups. There are also the boards on the main Hellas' page that you can get active in. Otherwise, the hoods like this one here will hopefully get more active as time goes by and once the hoods are ready to be moved into. I hope that answers your question.
