    Last year was an absolute blast! I learned mostly about Vedism and the pre-Hindu Indian culture, but I also learned a little about Slavic practices! There was an Ancestors dinner one night, and we made nothing but yummy Slavic/Polish food (mmm, perogi!). And no one was allowed to talk unless s/he was discussing a story about an ancestor/family member. It was really great to remember those that passed on, and it felt very comfortable taking part in a slightly informal Slavic practice.
