I'm concerned about deadwood in the religious colleges, as I will be starting to pass legislation in the temples now, I think. The fact is that there's no way to remove Pontiffs after they've been appointed. It seems somewhat unfair to me that while there are active players interested in entering the offices on the one hand, but they can't because the college is full. On the other hand, several of the positions are filled by inactive players. I worry that the growth of inactive players will bog-down the religious colleges. While I understand that there might not have been much for players to post in the temples in the past, I feel things may change now as the Temple becomes more active. I've made a threat in the temples, but there isn't much teeth to it. Might I suggest that some kind of mechanism be put in place to reduce the growth of inactive Pontiffs? I might also like to extend it to the Flamin Majores who have some specific duties, and the Augurs, though I think more allowances can be made on their part because they don't have to participate in any legislative action.
