As representant of 13 honorable men I register claims of 120.890 denarii against Dracus Domitius Cordatus.

These 13 men financed 77.000 denarii of Cordatus huge estates-buying in Septembris, provided that he will pay these 77.000 denarii at once. But Cordatus was not able to pay these 77.000 denarii in September.

As it was not preconcerted that this 77.000 denarii are repayed later than end of September, these 77.000 denarii are to be treated like emergency loans – loans used to cover an unexpected shortness of money.

My 13 clients now insist on the repayment of these 77.000 denarii and further they insist on the payment of the common interest-rate for emergency loans of 57% in September (ooc: set by Brian) = 43.890 denarii.
Altogether: 120.890 denarii.
