Zelda, awoke from her night on the town with her head pounding as she had drunk little more alcohol than she should. Of course the result is was the inevitable hangover and a false promise to herself, "Never again." She was very aware that in general, an alcohol hangover involves two or more the following symptoms: headache, nausea, diarrhea, lack of appetite, shakiness, feeling tired and an overall feeling of being unwell. Simply put, it feels flu-like. And she had those symptoms and more. She knew there are numerous changes in
the balance of hormones, neurotransmitters and other
biological substances in the body. This neurobiological
imbalance leads not only to the symptoms described above, but
also in a rapid heart rate and increased work load on the
heart. The latter is responsible for increased cardiac mortality.
In essence she felt like hell.
KNOCK KNOCK Oh why does the waiter have to knock so loud? "Be right there." quickly she put on her robe to answer the door only to her surprise to be handed a package from Mr. Lupus which was a gun. A GUN? why on earth would she need a gun? this whole thing made no sense at all, but with a hangover nothing made sense. She promised herself if she was ever able to leave the room to contact Mr. Lupus.
