I hope that you all agree with the following, if not the please make your opinions head here.

As so often (unfortunately) is the case, many people join groups and never end up posting, god knows I have done it too.
This is one of the reasons that I have chosen, in all my groups, to promote people based on how much time and work they spend on a group.
I believe that all opinions, no matter what level a person belongs too, count equaly and as such I will always like to hear anything and everything all of you have to say.

Having said that I would also like to add that I also feel that the people that spend the most time and work on a group also should be the first ones to get promoted.
Im sure you all agree that none of us would like to see a person that is never around as a high level, nor would any of us think that was fair to the rest.

So based on this feelings the people that have been promoted have been done so because they have shown genuine interest in helping out and will do a wonderful job, Im sure.
This does NOT however mean that you have to post every single day or that you will never have a chance at getting promoted.
God no!
