Recap for Jamaca/The Rum Islands
Barbados
Morgan Adams and the crew of the Sea Siren arrive in Barbados in search of her Uncle Mordechai and the 2nd part of the map.
At the Flaming Hog tavern, Mordechai agrees to join forces with her. Dawg Brown and the crews of the Reaper and Hella's Law
catch up to them there. A land battle ensues wich results in the death of Morgan's lover, Will Shaw and the wounding of Dawg
Brown. At sea, the crew of the Sea Siren battle the crew of the Reaper, while their captains race for their respective ships
and off to find the treasure.
High Seas
Back From The Dead "Red" Jacq Delehaye narrowly escapes the clutches of 'The Englishman' Chase Preston and now finds herself
and the remainder of her ship The Black Queen rescued by the Royal Navy. She thought her identity was a secret until Skye
Masters presented her with the jolie rouge from her ship. Now living under the blade of being unmasked as a pirate, she has
captured the attention of England's Earl of Glouchester, Edmund de Meleagant. The Royal Navy Fleet now sails for Port Royal
where Jacq fears being hanged at Gallows Point.
Port Royale:
Augustus Joliet Peribsen is a pirate whose sister has married one of the rich landowners of Port Royale, a man with an in to
the governor's ear. He is propositioned by this man, Sir Henry, to help clean the harbor of a few of the excess pirate ships,
for a fee and for connections, of course. AJ Peribsen, on his ship Bloodlust has just targeted one already laden down with
goods, heading towards Port Royale, taking on the best of the wares, firing the ship, and showing the crew of that ship no
quarter, no mercy.
Inigo Montoya and the crew of La Ramera have battled a ship and upon finding a cache of weapons in the hold, set off to Port
Royal for a quick sale. There, they find themselves in the middle of intrigue in the war for land between the Spanish
Liberationsists and England's Captian Christopher Myngs.
Meanwhile, Red Dan and Cracked Peg are hoping to catch the first ship out of Port Royale, and sign on with Calico Jack.
These two seasoned pirates are really looking forward to getting their sea legs back. Jack himself seems somewhat surprised
at his fortune of captaining the Sparrow once again. Of course, in order to do so he must agree to his ex-lover, the
governor’s wife, Phaedra’s terms. After all, she is funding the re-rigging of his cherished vessel. She has given Calico
Jack an unclear map that her father had given her, a treasure map, and she wants him to find it for her for 50% of the take.
Tortuga
Beatrix Godwinson’s recent history: She was a lady's maid en route to an American plantation, her mistress’s ship was
captured at sea by the Dragon's Strumpet, her mistress is accidentally killed, she swims for shore from the dreaded Dragon’s
Strumpet as soon as it was disembarked from by the crew upon arriving in Tortuga Bay. Paulie & Garnet, a local prostitute
and her madam, take her in, and give her a job as seamstress and accountant for the Vixen whore house. She has just run
into Johnny Sparrow Tveskjegg, a currently land-locked pirate who has been searching for the killer of his previous ship’s
captain, Captain Mathias Ivy. Johnny Sparrow is currently on the look out for a man named Rum who seems to have ordered this
murder. Going up the chain of participants, he's already helped kill off the immediate murderers, and then killed a man
(Devil Davy) who helped arrange the deed.
Special thanks to Morgan Adams Sealth, Inigo Montoya Moteuczoma, Jacq Delehaye Cormac, Johnny Sparrow Tveskjegg & A J Peribsen for
their assistance in catching me up with their storylines. Hats off to Caer Volcae for help with editing!
