Not exactly a website...just a post I made at this very boutique we call the Age of Chivalry.
And hey, don't feel ignorant or anything...nobody knows jack until they read it somewhere. I discovered Oakeshotte because I'm so heavily involved in the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism, where I have an "actual" knighthood").
Doing research for my persona there, one of my brother knights pointed me to Oakeshotte, and I've been grateful ever since. He wrote descriptively and clearly, but with incredible attention to detail.
VERY little on the web (that I've seen) is worth a fart in a high wind, as far as truly historically accurate portrayals of knights and chivalry. It's usually the real "faeries and dragons" stuff, that, while entertaining, makes me want to heave if I'm really looking for historical info.
So. Rant over. Glad I could be of help. *chuckle*
