Hi! I am so glad to have found this group. I love Qin. In real life I am a social studies teacher. My 10th graders are just finishing up their two-week study of Qin and including their oral presentations about their Qin story. Qin was such a fascinating man--brilliant but brutal. Colorful! My students this time have seemed more interested in the Great Wall and Qin burying 460 scholars alive than the terra cotta warriors. I hope to go to China in the next couple of years and the first place I want to see will be Qin's army. Then I will be off to see the Forbidden City. I did not know about this place in Katy, Texas. If I lived near there, I would plan a field trip for my students.
