    Judith Tarr is going to have a fantasy fiction book coming out in October about William the Conqueror called "RITE OF CONQUEST". It is about William being the son of the Duke of Normandy and a Druid woman who instills in him the idea that he has a right to the throne of England. He meets Matilda and then uses magic to keep her interested in him and also uses magic to help him conquer England. I don't usually care for fantasy fiction myself, but I might borrow this on Interlibrary Loan just to see how far-fetched the plot really is! The book information can be found at Amazon.com, here:
