Caitriona in her great essay gave the date of 597 as the official beginning of Christianity in England when St. Augustine converted King Aethelbert. I'm interested in the non-official Christianity of early Britain before that time. In 429 the Pelagian heresy was being fought. About 440-456 St. Patrick was active in Britain. I mainly base myself on Timeline of Early British Kingdoms. Are there some other sources or essays about early Christianity in Britain?
