I don't think that ALL stereotypes are a prejudice, it just depends how do you live with them and use them. I don't mind, found it funny when there's not a mean sens on it, when they say to me that portuguese are little persons (I always reminds Tolkien's Hobbit's!*LOL*), with a big tummy, a mustache (for womans!) and a bear (for men). I just think that stereotypes make this "human classification" easier. Men have to make part of a group who has a similar basis, and this is one way to do it. People just have to be carefull when this doesn't allow them to see and know new things and specially when it regards to tolerance with those who are not just like us. Otherwise, I'm convinced that in this same moment, you are dressed like Madonna was in the 80's, because, as everybody knows, slavic people just stopped in those glorious days, right?! And yes, I have a big mustache like Groucho Marx, as any respectable portuguese woman!*LOL*
