For too long has the Caesar, Favonius Cornelius, failed to help those on the frontiers of the Danube, Asia Minor and Syria. The Persians invaded and he did nothing, the Palmyrenes rebelled and he did nothing and the Scythian Goths invaded Dacia and the Balkans and still he sat in the lap of luxury in the luxurious and decadent cities of the western provinces.

This has gone on too long and now Caesar has refused to accept the establishing of a Tetrarchy to bring order to the chaos that is Rome. There is nothing left to do but to replace the emperor. He claims that gods have given him this position but with the sorry state of the Roman Empire, I say that the gods have abandoned him.

To arms my Roman brethern. Let us forge a greater Rome from the ashes of the old order. Join the armies of Syria and of Dacia!!

Fight for Roma for she deserves better!

Roma, those who are about to die salute you!!!
