    I was not trying to say you should not care. Far from it.

    Through I do enjoy looking at things from different angles, and have found that you tend to get better discussion when there are various view points than everyone saying "thats neat."

    Personally I think the Romanovs would have found it more than neat if they had lived, but I can't see a reason the Reds would have ever allowed them to live. Not only would they have had to hope Lenin speared them, but there were many other "unpleasant" people that would have found it a threat to their new positions of power.

    Can you imaging Stalin letting them live? Or Troskey?

    I much enjoyed reading the artical, and find speculation as much fun as the next person. I am sorry if I offended you in that regard (if you felt belittled by my comment.)

    Does anyone know what happened to the imperial crown?
