It's not the best game they've ever made (Pharaoh and Cleopatra expansion pack is by far my favorite) but it is very good and fun. (and addictive) It is one of Sierra/Impressions Games 'city building' series. There is some military in it but it's main focus is to build a city, support your citizens and provide them with goods. Each game also has some bigger building schemes, like pyramids to valley of the kings underground tombs and huge temples to Artemesis or Zeus (in Zeus/Poseidon) in Emperor, you build temples and the terra cotta armies and such. Great fun anyway, oh, it is also structured in Feng Shui principles. Just thought I'd throw this out there for any interested parties. Here is the link for it:
Emperor.Sierra.com Oh, it's also fairly inexpensive game. I think I paid 28 dollars for it?
