I have just posted info about the National Eisteddfod of Wales 2004, plus a little history at the top of the group, in the news section.

I would like to celebrate Eisteddfod on here. It is a big affair in Wales, and we are the Welsh group! :)

I'd love to hear what people think about that. Or any ideas people have for the Eisteddfod.

My idea is to keep it fun and light hearted. Writing poetry is the obvious choice, and I know sometimes the very idea of POETRY can be daunting. But within the spirit of Eisteddfod, anything goes!
(though they do have categories of competition that are very traditional)

I'd love to have everyone write a poem for the occasion, and post them in the poetry section for instance.

How about other arts, music, dance, storytelling?
