I've spent the morning going over all the cities' Springfest plans, and drooled when I looked at Orient's schedule, tomorrow and Monday.

I just personally wanted to rave and jump up and down at so much hard work and so many accomplishments in so many directions. I'm dazed but very impressed. And of course, I KNOW how many ex- or non-scribes also worked their wee fingers to the bone; but we all know that scribal organization is often the key to a successful festival.

It's not QUITE the end of Springfest, but I wanted to send my personal thanks and compliments while all these activities are bubbling in my brain. Choosing "Best of Fest" will be very hard . . . and in so many cities, I've heard citizens just saying how much fun it all was. All our stats are way up for posts, grams, and general log-ins, so people DO come when you build it.

That being said - one issue I think we should talk about when Springfest is over is an idea several scribes have mentioned to me. As much work as this is - is having TWO site-wide festivals annually (Springfest and Goldfest) one site-wide festival too much?
