The Babylon Yacht Club has selected a class of boat that will be assigned to all participants so that no one will have an equipment advantage in the Gold Launch race on the Euphrates. It is a single sail, 16 foot sloop, known as the E16...a very popular class in Babylonian yacht racing circles.
