On Aye's tomb in the KV on the wall is a scene never before seen on the tombs of pharaohs. He is shown hunting... the mark of a commoner. When dead men speak to the gods... they must not tell lies. Aye here is boasting to the gods that a commoner had recieved the throne from their hands. HE is also perhaps boasting that he hadn't needed help from the gods that he gotten his throne by himself.
