I ran into a complex problem while sitting here staring at the screen - what if, say, I wanted to fight Norikatsu? Couldn't very well arbiter it myself, and couldn't ask him to do it either!
A little while ago, Oda (who some of you may know better as AeneasIulius Romulus) offered to be a military arbiter, if I needed. So, I've taken him up on his offer!
