The Hebrew women went out to gather supplies for the evening meal. We were also instructed to borrow silver, gold, garments and all the things we had need of. I gathered three baskets of gold and silver, from my Egyptian neighbors and a basket of tapestries from one of the Egyptian women I had worked for. The Lord surely has shown me favor in the site of these Egyptian women.
I took these things back to my home and placed them in a corner of the house along with two other baskets full of goods given to me by Pharoah's very own kitchen servants.
*Scurrying off to the kitchen* I must hurry now; I have bread to bake and how will it ever rise without leaven?
