I, Oset, would like to applaud the commentary of AzureEyes Ramesses, and her insightful remarks concerning the state of affairs in Egypt.
Finally, someone has voiced publicly what many of us have witnessed- the apparent orchestrated member participation- subtle coercion- enforced character posting and whatever- followed by retreat, character disappearances and tasteless spoofing elsewhere.
The fact is, some of us want to see AW as an unqualified success. Additionally, some of us harbor petty jealousies and insecurities, and feel threatened by AW. These folks may have safe haven at Pan.
Fine.
AW is what it is- not the largest, nor the most active, or even the raunchiest (I'm working on that one), but- I feel it maintains an exceptional level of professionalism, and is frequented for the most part by talented, insightful men and women, all with something substantial to contribute.
The silence in Egypt is deafening.
Thank you, AzureEyes, for having the courage to say what many of us only silently think.
