In readings I have learned that the Cult of Cybele on teh Saturalia had rites in which the men cut off thier privates in reanctment of Cybele's requirement to her lover.

I have to reread it but is it also true that they drank out a phallus cup, and danced around a p****?

I believe also that Emperor Domitian had banned the cult of Cybele and Judism cult while allowing the Isis cult to continue. He said that it was because the priests of Isis had shield him as a child.

    Well????
