Nice addition. As for any family name additions, at this point I think Jot is already trying to trim down what we have to less than half of it, though really important ones should be considered.
For professions, I have another to add that applies to both India and most of SouthEast Asia. That of the Mahout - Elephant trainers. I believe they were caretakers too, and I am assuming they had Mahouts for both worker elephants, 'white' elephants and warrior elephants (of which they were famously well suited for)
