I know that both Celtia and Germania are working on fewer than regular numbers of scribes and may need help. May we offer ours? I know I have some time to do small and under-directcion things and I'm sure others feel the same way.

I haven't heard any major screams yet about the schedule (now available on the "Springfest" page, in draft.

Please do let us know as soon as you find that the dates for your city need to be switched!

Another thought - I've noticed in Germania that Angelcynn is just pulsing with posts and interested people who are following Germanic invasions and history in Britain. Can any of those people, so active in posting, be asked to help in developing Springfest plans? (or for any city, come to that)

One thing Rome is doing - groups are taking on specific projects that enhance our own celebrations. In other cities, perhaps one of the city groups might wish to plan a special project for the fest, also helping man/womanpower shortages?
