Virtual map of Celtia?

I was wondering, would it be possible to create a fictionnal map of Celtia where we would see where the family names are. It would be nice to see where the MacRoth's families are in Celtia geographicaly! Or maybe we could simply put where every current member lives in Celtia, a bit like a yahoo map where we could simply pinpoint where everybody lives individualy!
