    Great discussion going on here. I hope that I don't screw it up. I didn't know if this should be on another thread, but oh-well. "Detached" is the best word used so far I beleive, or at least it is the best word corresponding to how the Valar were. There were pleas for help for thousands of years, and still no help came. I cannot remember exactly why the help finally did come. Help please.
