I enter into the darkened room and immediately notice that a candle has been lit and sits in the center of the massive desk. I walked hesitantly into the room.

"Come in Tulisios." A deep voice spoke.

"Chancellor....." I was cut off smoothly by the practiced diplomat. "Tulisios, are you sure you weren't followed?" I gave my ascent and stood looking around the darkened rooms at the shadows.

"Sit down Count Hammurabi." I walked toward a seat in front of the desk and sat down. The silence persisted for a minute.

"Count Hammurabi, What we need to discuss has to do with some very delicate things and changes that are on the horizon."

The room lapsed in silence again before he spoke.

"Are you prepared to embark on a journey of change? Are you prepared to possibly sacrifice your life to a cause?"

The question hung in the air as I pondered the question. Was I ready to possibly loose my life?????????
