Greetings one and all! I just joined this group and I wanted to introduce myself. I was introduced to Tolkien as a child by watching The Hobbit and then getting the books for my 12th birthday. I have only just started the Silmarillion and cannot say I am any kind of expert on Middle Earth, but I do enjoy the fabulous world Tolkien has created and I bring with me an enthusiasm to learn more from the more knowledgeable among you.
If I may, please seat me near the lovely and wise Galadriel so that I might learn the histories from her.
