they havn't even got close to taking part .
why is it as soon as some one writes ritual the words sex and blood seem to get linked in.
ok, the celts ( the romans, aztecs etc) all sacrificed themselves for the better good of the whole ( in differening amonts of willing and blood letting) but they way they saw it was in a way we may just be unable to understand (ok we have our ideas put we weren't there) we can only see there world from the looking glass of ours.

so ,the moon has moved to the low point in the sky that it floats over the old stones ( remember celts didnt make the all the stone circles,they are 1000 yrs previous so the celts knew less than we do know) - cloulds are few and far between - its about 5 degrees (with a minus 5 wind chill) its dark the ground is is as hard as cold iron,the druids have said offerings are needed but the family's growing ( am sure there is something going on here every time i lay with the wife her tummy gets big..hmm), the summer was tough (lots of inter tribe fighting all year and talk of a new people from a distant land) another calf didnt make it ... and the coldest part of the year to come....

hmm, a drink with the group to say - we've bloody made through another year then up early get the wood, find a new water source ....make the earth offering, dig store......
