Surveying the scene before her, Anya smiled. She felt a certain excitement in the air, it rapped itself about her and she felt giddy with the exhilaration. Of course, the festival had only started and what she felt would only increase as more patrons, friends and new faces emerged.

This early in the morning, the air was crisp and slightly chilly. But, it was already becoming warmer. One could barely see their breath before them. It was going to be a fine day indeed.

Anya passed the Roman man’s stall. He was obviously busy, grinning from ear to ear while a pair of patrons bartered for his wares. She made a mental note to come back and sample his fare.

The healer’s hut then caught her eye. It was far too early to have any ails, other than sleep still in her eyes, but Anya wanted to know what the woman charged. She also wanted to gauge how knowledgeable the woman was.

“Good morning to you, mistress.” she called. “Could you spare me a moment of your time?”

The Healer nodded and she and Anya soon fell into a friendly chat about herbs. Anya soon realized that she would be in good hands if she were in need of an herbalist. She smiled and asked,

“Now, this love potion you speak of...How effective is it?”
