Khnemu looks up from his wheel and concurs with Goddesses Sekhmet and Ma'at.
Simple for starters, more elaborate as we grow, as time and member availability allows. Makes sense.
He also agrees with Hathor and Thoth.
Although we might not open the boards for posts, displaying the Full Monty right away- some semblance of structure is imperative. There are so many creation myths- so many gods and goddesses. We do not want them overlapping in the "true" retelling of their tales, but perhaps it would be fun in the Peyton Place style thread. Imagine me, Khnemu, arm wrestling Min to determine which one will create the world?
Flexing one clay-stained and bulging bicep, he continues.
And it would appear that Negeg's Egg was designed for the purpose of hashing out what legends we will recreate, how, when, and where. Indeed- it is a few thousand years to cover, and could get "messy". I like the basic structures offered thus far.
Tossing another ball of clay onto the wheel:
Perhaps future RPG areas could be divided according to the ancient Egyptian Cult Centers? That way, who created what and where would be more obvious to members and determined by that Cult Center's focus. Or, the legends could be divided by time period. Goddess Bast, for example, takes on different roles depending on when she comes into play.
