This is a bit of an odd question and i am not sure it belongs here, but any help is seriously welcome.
There is a piece of iconography i am looking at, in which three gods - generally recognised as Portumnus, Hercules and Apollo - appear. They are supposed to represent three temples in Ostia, one to each of the above gods, standing next to each other in the city. However i cannot find any other references to these three temples, probably because i am looking in the wrong places. Does anyone have any idea what or where these temples are (a map would be very welcome), if they even exist in Ostia, or equally importantly, if this alignment of temples (or similar) occurs in any other major cities or ports? Also, does anyone know who Ostia's patron god was, while we are on the subject?
Thanks tons,
Sulpicia
