    Here is the correspondence from a human being that I received that gave me hope...
    I have removed any possible identifiers as to whom it was, the important thing here is that there were folks who were “really trying” and to whom we all a great deal of gratitude.
    (I felt frustrated when I received this as many of the links led me to nowhere...)
    I am including this here as I hope this may be of help to someone in the not to distant future, and this is a part of archival studies, to preserve even what may seem minute at the moment, unbeknownst to us – may be of some form of scholarly research needed by just one party...

    CyberSites went out of business several months after(an identifier removed)
    The VC firms to whom they owned quite a bit of money used them to create
    a shell corporation which currently has no (felt this should be left out what was revealed to me.) On their last day, they held an auction to get rid of all their old data and
    computer equipment. A number of former employees purchased these
    machines and may still have all the old data.
    HOWEVER, it appears that the old AncientSites community still thrives.

    I have been considering putting the old SPQR chapters online some time
