    Its a good link for those who don't know much about the Normans and what they did. Also for those who would like to hear what the Normans spoke like, a good example would be coming here to Canada and listening to French Canadians speak. Because our ancestors (at least for the most part. Those who weren't came from Picardy) came from Normandy in the 1650s many of us or elder family members speak with a vocabulary and accent that the Normans used. This is most likely the closest surviving "Norman speach" today.


    Also, if any of you speak French I have some good titles on the Normans and Normandie which could be quite helpful.
